GYMNASTICS COMPETITIONS
This is a very special section of STK SPORT, which consists of all competitions in men's artistic gymnastics in which I have taken part so far. I competed in a few international championships, many national, regional and adult competitions, each of which has its own story and is equally important regardless of its level or competitive rank. Coming first or last, winning a medal or not, is all part of the game, and, frankly, it doesn't really matter. The journey to a particular event, the discipline and dedication, the ability to be happy with what you have, and at the same time to keep yourself motivated while you are working towards what you want to achieve, the love of practising something which makes you stronger, faster and wiser, the power to trust and believe in yourself, no matter what anyone else thinks... that is what really matters! NEVER GIVE UP!
The Best Result
My best gymnastics routine is yet to come but one of the best performances is probably the rings routine at the 2016 Men's London Open.
