This video is from the 2021 ACSM Virtual Annual Meeting in which I presented our study on the use of non-invasive biochemical methods to assess stress in athletes. The study is entitled Precompetitive stress in rhythmic gymnasts assessed by using salivary alpha-amylase, protein and potassium.
