It was another great competition in which I took part as a coach (assissting two of my gymnasts from the Elite Gymnastics Academy in London) and as a gymnast, competing in the Open category (>16 years of age) at the 2019 London Regional Championships. This was a fantastic competition. I took part as a coach (helping 7 of my gymnasts from the Elite Gymnastics Academy in London) and as a gymnast, competing in the Open category at the 2015 London Regional Challenge. Overall, we won 7 medals for the Elite Gymnastics Academy: 2 gold medals won by Fergus on Vault and myself on the Rings; 2 silver medals won by Mason on Floor and Vault; 3 bronze medals won by Fergus on Floor, and Mason on Parallel bars and High bar.

My Advanced Boys Squad from the Elite Gymnastics Academy did a great performance this year. The gymnasts demonstrated various gymnastics skills on Floor, Mushroom and Parallel bars. The display was part of the 2015 Elite Gymnastics Academy Club Competition in London, UK. The event was held in the Edmonton Leisure Centre in North London.

Together with my Squad at Elite G.C., we have done an astonishing performance at the 2014 Elite Gymnastics Club Competition in London. The audience at the Edmonton Leisure Centre had the amazing opportunity to see many artistic gymnastics skills including Somersaults in tuck, pike and straight position, Various Handstands, Flysprings and Handsprings, Double Leg Circles on Mushroom, Press to Handstand, Struddle Planch, Push-ups on Handstand, 90-degree push-up on Handstand, skills on mini Parallel bars, Walking and Balancing on Handstand, Round off - Backflips, One and a half front Twist, etc. Now you can also see all of this, just watch the video above, and take a look at the photos below.

Artistic gymnastics is one of the most comprehensive exercise programs available to children. Moreover, it incorporates physical strength, flexibility, speed, balance, coordination, and discipline. Here we are at the 2014 Hadley Wood Primary School Summer Fete and our slogan is very straightforward - every single child should have the chance to get involved in the sport of gymnastics. Let's make that happen and popularise what this sport is all about. Whether children are involved in recreational or competitive gymnastics, skills learned in gymnastics can benefit a child’s overall development. All children benefit from classes and participation in artistic gymnastics. And we all know that this sport develops all of these important qualities we need - strength, flexibility, balance, speed, endurance. Thus, all children, regardless of ability, should participate in gymnastics to get the full benefit of what Physical Education classes offer at School. However, not every school provides gymnastics classes, and, therefore parents should look for other possibilities to get their children involved in gymnastics. We are Elite Gymnastics and we would like to show you what gymnastics is... take a look at our special performance at Grange Park Primary School in London, where We Have Said: Be Strong, Live Healthy, Do Gymnastics! This was my first official competition in the United Kingdom in which I took gymnasts to compete. My boys from the Elite Gymnastics Academy performed well, and in total we won 3 medals plus 2 trophies.

Fergus (Elite Gymnastics Academy) won 2 gold medals (Floor and Vault) at the 2017 London Championships in the open category.
Matthew L. (Elite Gymnastics Academy) won a brozne medal on Vault at the 2017 London Championships in the under 14's category.
Kiril (Elite Gymnastics Academy) won silver medals on Vault and Pommel, and bronze medals on Parallel bars and in the All-around at the 2016 London Championships in the under 14's category.
Matthew L. (Elite Gymnastics Academy) won a silver medal on Parallel bars at the 2016 London Championships in the under 14's category.
Mason (Elite GA) won 2 silver medals on Floor and Vault and 2 bronze medals on Parallel bars and High bar at the 2015 London Championships in the under 8's category.
Fergus (Elite GA) won a gold medal on Vault and became the 2015 London Gymnastics Vault Champion (open category). He also won a bronze medal on Floor in this competition.
Blake (Elite GC) won a gold medal on Vault at the 2014 London Regional Qualifiers.

Fergus (Elite GC) won a gold medal on Floor and became the 2014 London Gymnastics Floor Champion (under 14's category).
