My research examines how people develop, perform and adapt through physical activity—from young gymnasts and schoolchildren to competitive athletes and active adults.

The work spans laboratory and field-based assessment, gymnastics, physical fitness, nutrition, performance, recovery and emerging exercise technologies. This hub brings the record together, with dedicated publication pages added progressively as each paper is prepared for clear and responsible access.
