Here is the full price list of my personal training sessions in London.
Generally, one session a week is the best way to start. The block of 5 sessions will provide you with the best value of money, and you will enjoy a 5-week course (1 session per week).
Duration of the sessions:
- 45 minutes for children at the age of 5 and 6.
- 60 minutes for children at the age of 7 or older.
- 60 minutes for adults.
